Find the clothing you wish to put on in your inventory. Before putting on the new clothing, it may be best to remove the clothing your wearing. Right click your character and click on clothing. You can remove individual clothing or everything.

To put on the new clothing, drag it on to your character. Repeat the process to put your old clothing back on.
